Supportive Sports Bras That Won’t Cut Off Circulation

Anyone with breasts knows that there’s a fine (yet critical) line when it comes to finding a supportive sports bra that keeps your girls in place but is still comfortable. No one wants to feel completely restricted with no circulation when they’re working out, but you also want to feel like you can move freely without your lady parts bouncing around with no bounds. In fact, even if you’re not currently involved in a workout routine, sport’s bras (or the right sport’s bras, I should say) are far more comfortable than traditional underwire styles.

If you’re on the hunt for a compression sport’s bra that holds you in place without causing you pain, you’re in luck, because we’ve rounded a few of our favorite cozy and supportive styles to get you and your two sidekicks through your next workout or work from home situation.

Our mission at STYLECASTER is to bring style to the people, and we only feature products we think you’ll love as much as we do. 7 Box Dye Products for Your Inevitable Color Job at Home

We’ve been at home for 2-3 weeks now and it’s about the time you’re probably starting to see a bit of hair regrowth. Of course, it’s not the most important thing to think about but when there are Zoom meetings and Bumble virtual dates, you might be feeling less than your best. Don’t worry. We rounded up the best box dye for easy at-home coloring. It might not be ideal but it can provide a much-needed update while you’re WFH.

If you usually see a colorist, check with them about finding your best shade and option for an at-home session. If you usually dye your hair at home, well, you’re in luck. There are some great options that are ammonia-free and deep conditioning to be ultra-gentle on the hair. Some are even vegan, silicone-free and gluten-free. Looking for full gray coverage? There are vibrant colors that really last. You might even want to try a new shade that you never thought you could pull off.

Maybe it’s highlights you’re after. With a light hand, you can even try those at home with some of these options. Whether you have curly or straight hair, black, brown, blonde or red, there’s something for you. When choosing at-home color, the key is not to go too drastic. Stick to shades 1-2 levels lighter or darker than your current color. This isn’t the time to go platinum or you’ll be spending big bucks to fix it at the salon. Start slow and build up and you’ll safely get the color you want.

Condoms That Actually Feel Good for Women, Because Safe Sex Should Still Be Sexy

I think many of us can agree on one thing: Condoms are not always an ideal situation. For those who have a penis, they can make sex feel like you’re wearing a raincoat down there. (Or at least this is what I imagine, since I don’t have a penis.) For those who have vaginas, the wrong condom can feel like a rug is chafing you. This means finding the best condoms for women and vagina-owners is best done by trial and error. Of course, it can be a painful-as-hell process—and, sadly, there’s no Consumer Reports for this sort of thing. But, I’ve gone ahead and done the work for you. You’re welcome.

In the name of experimental science, I tested out some of the best thin condoms on the market that are reputed to feel good for those with vaginas. Whether you have sex all the time and like your protection to feel like there’s nothing at all or you’re trying to find the best condom to use for your first time, I’ve got your back. The goal of sex is for your partner and you to have an incredibly sexy time together, but it only works if you’re both comfortable. Having safe sex doesn’t have to be annoying, uncomfortable or painful. In fact, it can be just the opposite if you find the right condom. Lucky for you, I tried and reviewed five different condoms so you can find what is sure to be your new favorite brand.

1. Trojan Supra Non-Latex Bareskin Condoms

Walmart

Trojan.

Buy: Trojan Supra Condoms $20.97

Since Trojan is practically the OG of condoms, we decided to try these Trojan Supra condoms first. Unfortunately, we didn’t get very far. They’re made of a super-thin, medical-grade Polyurethane (not latex) but were a little too small and not very comfortable for my partner. Even though my research was focused on what felt good for me—not him—it was a little hard to enjoy myself seeing him look uncomfortable. So after a couple of tries, we tossed them. I will say they seemed thinner than most other condoms, so maybe they would work better for a different (probably smaller) penis.

2. OKAMOTO Beyond Seven Condoms

beyond7 Condoms That Actually Feel Good for Women, Because Safe Sex Should Still Be Sexy

OKAMOTO Beyond Seven.

Buy: OKAMOTO Beyond Seven Condom $14.99

These Beyond Seven condoms—which I’d never tried before—were thin and relatively well-lubed, providing for excellent sensation for both of us. They’re not made of latex, but instead of Super Thin Sheerlon, which is supposedly thinner and silkier than rubber. However, compared to some others I’ve tried, I’d still say these guys were less lubricated. So if condoms tend to dry you out, you may want to keep that in mind. I enjoyed them, though!

3. Durex Performax Intense Condoms

Condoms That Actually Feel Good for Women, Because Safe Sex Should Still Be Sexy

Durex.

Ah, Durex. It’s an old standby—lubed up and thin, thereby amping up sensation. My one big hesitation: I’ve had Durex condoms, which are made of latex, break on me before. These Durex Performax Intense Condoms worked fine this time, but just knowing they’d broken twice before was a big turn-off, and their good qualities can’t outweigh their lack of safety, in my opinion. Two breaks for the same brand are two too many for me—I’m not itching for a potential life change in nine months.

4. Kimono MicroThin Plus Aqua Lube

Condoms That Actually Feel Good for Women, Because Safe Sex Should Still Be Sexy

Buy: Kimono MicroThin Condoms $6.65

I was not a fan of these Kimono MicroThin condoms, my friends. Feeling-wise, these latex ones were thin and therefore pretty comfortable, but the lube was awful. While there is lube on the Kimono condom when you first put it on, it dries out quickly. Vaginas aren’t exactly equipped for rubbery objects, so a lack of lube can feel scratchy, detracting from the feel-good sensations. And according to my partner, it was a little too tight. So if your partner is on the smaller side, they might like them—but average and above, and you’re likely to find the fit a little close.

5. SKYN Original Condoms

Target

Buy: SKYN Original Condoms $11.17

The SKYN Original condoms are the opposite of feeling like you’re having sex with a weird raincoat. I wasn’t expecting it. These condoms were the thinnest I’ve ever experienced, and made out of a super-soft non-rubber material called polyisoprene (the brand’s claim to fame), which is perhaps what makes them so damn comfortable. Going in it felt like an unbelievably smooth and well-watered slip ’n’ slide. It almost feels like there isn’t a condom, which I think we can all agree is the ideal scenario, if you have to wear them. (And my partner loved them as well.) These condoms are definitely the winner.

Celebs Embracing Their Natural Roots is the Inspo We Need Right Now

If the past couple of weeks have taught us anything, it’s that we’re lucky to have so many things at our fingertips. Things like takeout when we’re too tired to cook, yoga classes for when we need to zen out and the many beauty treatments that bring out our inner Beyonce at a moment’s notice. In the grand scheme of things, doing something as simple as going a couple weeks without a dye job is hardly brave. However, as I begin to settle into my WFH aesthetic, seeing celebs with grown-out roots is actually kind of inspiring, whether it’s by force or choice (because dark roots are an actual trend, too).

It’s a reminder that one, giving your hair a break isn’t that big of a deal. Two, it sheds light on other treatments that are actually useful right now, like nonstop masking to combat dryness (and boredom). Lastly, if nothing else takes you out of your funk, consider it a badge of honor for doing the right thing and staying inside. Plus, the dark roots, light strands vibe is actually cute. Need proof? Here are just a handful of famous beauties embracing their natural roots with plenty of selfies to show for it.

21 ‘Tiger King’ Zoom Background for Cool Cats & Kittens

There are two things getting me through these trying times, and those two things are Tiger King and Zoom. I spend my days working from home and bouncing from meeting to virtual meeting on Zoom, and my nights binge-watching Tiger King and wondering WTF happened to Carole Baskin’s husband. If you’re in the same boat—and I have a feeling you are—you won’t be able to resist these Tiger King Zoom backgrounds. Talk about the best of both worlds, am I right?

If you haven’t started playing around with filters and backgrounds on Zoom, I’m here to let you know that you’ve been seriously missing out. Nothing jazzes up a work e-meeting like a clever office-themed background, and similarly, nothing starts the party at your Zoom happy hour like a filter that gives off EDM rave vibes. Are there certain Zoom backgrounds that work for all occasions, you might ask? It just so happens that yes, there are. I can’t think of a time when I wouldn’t want to use one of the below Tiger King backgrounds, because they are all wonderful and special and guaranteed to start up some incredible conversations. I’ve included stills of Joe Exotic, Doc Antle, Carole Baskin, and of course tons of tigers—plus the throuple wedding, a restraining order, and a few other surprises.

Before you read on and select your fave Tiger King backgrounds from the 21 below, a gentle reminder that there are tons of animals in captivity that can use your support. If you want to help, consider donating to organizations like The Humane Society of the United States or the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Now, onto the Zoom backgrounds!
